Your Shipping and delivery Information

Your delivery duration. 

First of all thank you for your order. Please be aware our SALES team are not able to assist you with delivery information.

During this uncertain time we are experiencing an unusually high demand for products which is causing some delays in deliveries. Whilst the UK is trying to get back to normal there are still some fairly long delays on many Patio Furniture ranges, Chimineas, Pergolas due to a 60% downturn in the amount of shipping from China and Mexico (actual ships afloat on the water). Whilst we are doing everything we can to speed this up, delivery times and slots are changing daily and certain brands may take 8-10 weeks longer than expected. If your item is in stock then it will have a 10-14 working day delivery time with a tracking number sent 48 hours prior to your delivery. Patio Life works closely with suppliers to secure confidence in your order and delivery and you will also get a customer courtesy call from us to let you know how your order is progressing.

Items such as BBQ’s, chimineas, firepits, storage boxes, parasols or bases have a minimum delivery time of 10-14 days or sooner if the item is listed as in stock however this could be quicker depending on the courier.

Most items are despatched normally on the same day of purchase between Monday & Friday if in stock. Any items ordered over a weekend will be despatched on the following Monday.

Order early

There is a huge shortage of garden outdoor products in the UK and we have seen that 60% of all our stock has already been purchased by the UK public. Most stockists have only placed a set amount of stock orders for the UK and it is already running out. By placing your order early you will insure an early summer delivery as you are in the ‘queue’ as to speak. Some items will arrive much sooner than others and some may take much longer due to size and it’s shipping container duration from either China or Mexico. However being in the purchase queue means you will get your order this late summer or winter! In some rare cases some items have been pushed back to July due to manufacturing issues and you will receive a call from us to ask you if you would like to continue to wait or have a refund.

Where do we deliver to

Unfortunately due to the uncertain times we have had to stop delivering outside of mainland England, Scotland and Wales, we do not deliver to Ireland. Scottish highland areas will require an extra delivery charge, any postcode including Glasgow and above will require an extra delivery charge, please contact us for charges to your area if you live in the highlands of Scotland. All furniture is delivered on a two man delivery service. Different furniture ranges have different lead times and are changing daily. Please be aware that any item which requires carrying up stairs, multi story apartments is at the delivery drivers discretion only. Delivery men are not expected to carry furniture up high levels of stairs. It is up to the customer to make sure they have clear access for deliveries. However, with a smile and polite request I’m sure they will do their upmost to help you. If your property has limited access then we will need prior notification so that we can advise if the delivery will be possible. In any instance the delivery is not possible we reserve the rights to cancel the order. If we are not advised prior to a delivery and the delivery is refused the customer is liable to pay any transportation costs involved.

Bulky Items in excess of 50kgs

All Bulky items are delivered on a curb side / end of driveway delivery basis. It is the customers responsibility to move the product from the curb side / end of driveway into their premises. It is always at the drivers discretion to carry items / assist customer other than in this manner.

Refused Deliveries on the day

If a delivery is refused you will be liable for the cost of that delivery and also the return delivery costs of your goods. The correct process is to accept the delivery and then contact us if you would like to return the item and follow our returns policy.
