  1. Is my purchase protected and safe?

Answer: Yes we have been trading for 8 years in the UK and we are a trusted name and brand in the market. All purchases are protected by your own credit card company plus we are a Trust Pilot member and Google Ads member with many reviews giving you confidence in your purchase.   1. Do I need to self assembly any of your products?

Answer: yes due to the fact that most products are flat packed these days to reduce shipping costs we do have a fair amount of products that will require self assembly and they relate mostly to outdoor heating products like steel, cast iron chimenea products as well as BBQ and gas patio heaters.

  1. What payment options do you take?

Answer: We accept all major forms of payment, Visa, Mastercard, Paypal, Maestro however we do not accept American Express.

We regret due to fraudulent transactions we can not accept payments over the phone. All payments must be done through our website.

  1. Do you have any discount codes or sales?

Answer: We do offer discount codes from time to time and you will need to simply view the site from time to time to access and see our promotions. However if you are purchasing multiple items please call us for a discount code and we will give you a discount off the cheapest item as long as there are a minimum of two items purchased. We do have a sales tab on the home page with reduced prices on items. If you are a repeat customer, simply call us and we will look after you.

Answer: Monday – Friday 8.30am / 5.30pm

Saturday – 8.30am / 1pm
